I am looking at getting my head worked on. Port, polish, over sized valves. Where and who do you recommend and why? I will have to ship it anywhy so place distance does not matter. I was looking at herr jugs but they are more for my banshee. Thanks.

It is all a matter of opinion of who is the best and why, But any big name company is a good place to send it to like Sparks, Duncan, Baldwin, etc.

In my opinion Sparks racing is the best place to send it to. Just because of Curtis Sparks has been working on 4 stroke motors before anyone had even started racing them.

If your somewhere around Indiana, I would suggest Motoxperts.

They are out of Lafayette and have built engines for several well known racers (Bill Balance and several others). They have an excellent reputation for solid builds without the big name BS and price.

Check them out http://moto-xperts.com

We had CG Performance do ours. 541-730-0081. Shop is in Oregon. No Sales tax and all work done in house. my 416cc put up 39.8 hp on the dyno on pump gas.
