Digital Cameras and riding

hey guys and gals...
I just got my digital camera...It's a kodak DC290, a very nice camera but rather large.... I was wondering how the ones of u that have a larger camera like me (won't fit in pocket), how u carry it while riding...just looking for a simple idea, but one that will keep it fairly protected...thanks

I keep mine in a jacket pocket or in a fanny pack.

Fanny pack or backpack is the best way to do it. I usually wrap it up in a plastic bag inside a fanny pack to keep the dust/dirt off the camera.

get a good camera bag, and put it in a back pack.
You can get good camera bags for 10-20 bucks
