Pro-circuit Exhaust Jetting

i just got my new exhaust system (complete). i got a K&N power kit with it, what is recomended for jetting? any suggestions appreciated (needel position, main jet, slow jet)

I don't know about a 400 but I got a 300 and T4 slip on with a uni filter and I am starting at 125 from a 122 stock. The pipe comes in on Friday hopefully, so the weekened is tune it up weekened whoohoo
