hey guys im getting ready to put a cam chain in my 05 450 and ned to no if i need a flywheel puller and is there any special things to know whaen i put the flywheel back on? line up any marks ???

yes you need a flywheel puller to remove the flywheel. as far as putting it back on, just make sure you line up the keyway and just re tighten the flywheel nut. you can buy a flywheel puller for about 25 to 30 dollars

make sure you only tighten the nut to the specific torque ( which i believe is 54 ft lb) ive had a couple buddies use and impact to put them back on and it ruined their day.

also make sure you actually use the little piece of the flywheel puller that threads onto the crank, it saves the end of the crank from being mushroomed, and +1 on the proper torque, a snapped crank is never good during a rebuild
