Don't you hate when you try a new style and end up hating it?

I normally go with the chinstrap/goatee but decided I was going to go with that Chuck Liddell look for a try... It's terrible. Lol. At least I only have to deal with it for a week. For those who don't know Chuck Liddell, he shaves just the chin. Was hoping I would look like a bad *** but failed... Badly. Lol

I go full beard or nothing most of the time. i usually go a few weeks at a time without shaving to get a decent beard. 1/4" or so most of the time before i shave again.

i should groom it a bit, then i wouldnt mind keeping it all the time. haha i just go with the scruff look and let it grow however. some beards do come in better than others though lol. the ones i dont like go away quickly.

fwiw I was shaving quite a bit when I was 14. I had a pretty decent stache from like 13 on and by now I shave every 2-3 days since Im like Quad18star. I can shave and still look like I got a 5'oclock shadow lol

same here with breaking out. i sweat bad at school with the heat on in the buildings. it was 75-80 degrees a couple times in the main buildings when they turned the base board heat on and it warmed up.

when i was in high school...from about the time i could shave, i had a goatee..thought i was the s****...had many variations..

when i broke up with my g/f of the time my senior year...i decided to ditch the ***** duster, haha.....

Anyways, I would put most of you guys to shame. I didnt shave for 3 days, sunday, mon and tues and was 3/4 of the way to looking like steve and mad lol. I shaved tues night and its no thurs night and I already have what would take most a week to get going on.

I hate shaving...to dang lazy to bother for at least 3-4 days usually.

lol my beard doesnt grow that fast really. 4 days for an 1/8" or so most of the time. makes shaving nice if i do it every couple of days but i still get irritation if i wait 2 days in between. thats why i usually go a week or two at a time, then i can use my clipper to trim it first then shave the rest of it off.

i know im tired of shaving though, its not bad if i do it every day but still sucks. ive been shaving since 8th grade or so, that was almost 9 years ago now... wow i cant believe how far i have made it since 8th grade... im graduating college in the spring. never thought id be here when i was in 8th grade.

sorry bout that, little reflecting second there while i was counting to see how long it had been. haha

I think whenever you read someone's posts, you gather a mental image of what they might look like whether you know it or not. Then they post a pic and you're like, hmmm, that's not the way you're supposed to look. Maybe it's just me, but I do that with a lot of members on here.
