fourzerozero- I got the head pipe so clean by, spraying it down with WD-40 and scrubbing it with scotch brite. Once its all a metal color scrub it with scotch brite and mothers. Then kind of polish it with a rag and mothers.

zzbudzz-Yes i made those mud caps, things are sweet. No more losing plastic ones. I also added a close up for all you guys that want to make your own. My idea :blah

i would change only one thing, and that would be black # plates, but other than that, it is a TIGHT quad.

KrazyKid300ex- yes they are 20x6x10

Sick0- yes i am glad to be done. Well 95% done, camber and toe in needs adjusting. The hinson cover worked so far. I have yet to start it. :)

lil400exman- The front end consists of Lone Star REC a arms +2 and Custtom Axis shocks, triple rate compression adjust. A-arms were $599 and shock were $1,150 I think not sure. They were not that color when i first bought them. They were all freshly powder coated this winter.

300ex rules- I don't really have a choice of back ground colors to race the amateur class, the novice class is black back grounds. I raced novice last year and am moving up to amateur this year. See the pic....

Oh NO I don't have a LSR swing arm. Your eyes do not decive you it is a walsh swing arm. I paid close to $800 for it i think, i forget.

New master cylinder cover. I designed it and 240R made it. Basicly a stock one with no warnings on it, and polished like chrome, kind of hard to see in pic though

really though, ive seen alot of 400exs and i would say this one is in my top 5 and the background on my computer......this isnt just some old 400ex with a pipe and nerfs...

trx400ex- I did all the gussetting. I cut them all out and had the welder at my shop weld them. He has helped me out alot. No i have not ridden it yet, still alot of snow out. Thanks for saying its not just and 400 with nerf and a pipe :).


Nausty-I wish they were walsh's. I'd get them but i'd be losing to much when i sell my shocks and a arms. They are LSR Rec's, i am going on my 3rd race season with them. Not long travel. Good enough for me i am not an A level rider or anyhting.

the ones i have seen for the 400ex are not even a wave, they are a soild disc with slots cut out of them...

thats a galfer wave rotor in the pics. Since the pics i have upgraded to a 250R rear end. Brakes, axle ,ani fade, hubs, you name it.
