will not start, has spark

My build is a ground up. Had it running a week ago, then I lot spark, even w anew oem coil. Bought a mint complete 88/89 ignition, new harness,stator,flywheel,cdi. My prodesign kill switch is new. I get spark, but the bike flat out will not start. Choke or no choke,not even a hint of starting. Ct310,38mm airtstriker, bike ran great before the old stock ignition took a dump. Its like I can't kick it fast enough,yet when you lay the plug against the head, I get spark. Ground is bare metal, good ground, everything is new, the whole darn bike

Finally got it to fire. I think I may have loaded the bottom end up last week trying to get spark w the old ignition. I was getting fuel no problem. So I took it for a quick spin in the back of the truck w the plug out just to air it out. Started on about the 5th kick, ran great after that.
