NO offense but no one has done it because it serves absoluty no purpose and you most likely will overheat it and its a dumb idea. The fins dissipate a lot of heat. Thats why it is air cooled and not liquid cooled. I WOULD NOT do it.

There's NO way an oil cooler will replace the cooling ability of the fins. No way, no how.
If you just want to ruin your motor, I'll buy it for $100.

wilkin250r bud i know how much a used or even a head is used on a 300ex and 100 just wouldnt buy it off me not in it being ported ond pollished. plus i went a size up on the valves and had it shaved. lol but thanks for the offer. i think ill just put the head on my new motor just to beef it up a lil bit. but any ideals on how to beef it up more then what im doing to it. i am haven the cillender bored to 75.5 a 14t front sprocket 36t in the rear and im going one size up from the stock main jet. and still thinking of any poss way to upgrade the **** out of it.

There are LOTS of upgrades that can be done to that motor. You can put a new sleeve in it and bore it out to 80mm, giving you a total of 330CC. Add a stroker crankshaft to that, and you'll be pushing 350cc.
You said you have oversized valves, which makes me believe you got a full port job on that head. Add a good aggressive camshaft and bigger carburetor to that whole mix, and you'll easily outrun most 400EXs out there.

i agree with wilkin250r. i had a national built 300 that kept up with some 450's, yet remaining a 295cc. a cam, a good port/pollish, i guess you already got the valves supposedly, a high comp big bore piston, bigger carb and full system pipe and it would rip! but it would probably end up getting blown up like you intend to do now. sorry but you sould like a big, big, hill billy.
parts...
web cam grind 254
wiseco 75.5mm 250x piston
sparks or super trapp pipe
450 carb...
theres other stuff you can throw in as well
