It is a manual shifter, with direct drive.

Direct drive is no clutch correct like they come stock. Thank YOu

Direct Drive is where there is no hand clutch, but the centrifugal clutch is no longer present. The only time the primary clutch is disengaged is when the shift lever is held in the up or down position.
