ok maybe you guys can give a better light to this question. so the piston to wall clearence is like.009 i know u should replace the piston at like .006 so if i buy a new piston and put it in and it is still past .006 that means my bore is wore right ?? any way to check my bore without have to buy a new piston just to check??

you can measure your bore with a bore gauge and micrometer, Sometimes pistons come a little off of each other, one might be .001 oversized and the next is .001 undersized, combinations of slightly worn cylinders and a piston that isnt exact bore can create problems. I just noticed in a racerX add that vertex is now selling ABCD pistons, each one is .001 over std that way you can match your bore perfectly. pretty good idea but not so cost effective im sure.
