Any one have some ideas on fixing a bent exhaust? Its a supertrapp ids2 slip on pipe. The rear brake made a dent and now i cant pull out the core to repack it.

If you have access to a tig welder you might be able to tig on body pulling pins and use a slide hammer to pull the dent out. I'm assuming the exhaust is alluminum.

A dent in it won't make it stuck. Cores can be hard to pull out. Not only that but a lot of mufflers the core is welded in on 1 side so drill out all the rivits on both sides. And one way to get the dent out would be fill it with water and freeze it. People do that to there headers when they get dents so should work on the canister.

too much water will crack the pipe tho

if you do try fputting water in the exhaust and putting it in the freezer only put enough water to cover up the dent
