my crank has gone ,am i better getting my standard one rebuilt or get a new one ? what crank is recomended?

I would have your OEM rebuilt. The only aftermarket one to even consider is a hot rod crank, definatly not wiesco. IMO

It's hard to find people to rebuild old cranks . If your cylinder not ported or mildly port you could get a stroker crank and port your cylinder to match. I bought my stroker and bearing seal kit for 250 shipped to my door stocker is 200

Thornfold, quit nut swinging, I don't think Carlos even rebuilds them himself. The others posted reputable shops that do crank work. Heard good stuff for Tim.

YUP!! everyone that he's ever built for me is still throwing a piston around. the oldest is going on 10-12 years now.
