Hello,

Thought I'd share what I have started producing for the Raptor 125. This is a 12:1 high compression piston with skirt coating that is a direct bolt in and requires no modifications to the cylinder head. Piston is designed to work with stock or oversized valves.

Working on website as it is not in operation yet.

Excellent, glad to see some engine development for these little turds.
How's the larger valve replacement coming along?

Are these going to be forged or cast?

Pistons are forged and are finished, valve install is working out well and is also finished.

Nice was thinking about getting one of these this just makes it easier knowing you can get the parts your going to need!

It ran pretty good. Had an issue with the oil ring overlapping. Was in a hurry to get there and must have missed it. Still did pretty good.I can tell from other bikes we're under horse power. I'm thinking I've gotta get one of those pistons and bigger valves going into next season.

thats good tom,

Oil ring over lapping won't hurt you too bad, just smoking when the engine gets hot.
