Polaris or Can-Am get my vote. Both are pretty well made with a good amount of power. I am a fan of Polaris and have been for a while. We've put them through some hell over the years and it still holds up.

My friend had a Kawi Brute Force 750. Not sure what it was but he only had it for 4 months and traded it for a Polaris 800... I cannot remember what he disliked about it, but that was his preference.
