MX tires

Looking for input for a set of front and rear tires for my sons kfx80. He races enduro and mx. What would be a good choice from peoples experience. Would like to stay with the 18x6.5x8 rear and a 19x6x10 front but not sure if the tire will clear the ac nerfs on it. I have widened the front of it by 5 inches each side in front so may or may not be an issue. Like the holeshots but keep hearing that they are case breakers.

It's hard to find a 6.5 rears these days.
I picked up a LT with the 10" (wheel size) front tires. They fit fine.
If you used spacers to widen, maybe not.

No wheel spacers up front just widened a arms. The stockers aired up hard come within @ an inch of the nerfs when turning side to side. How about the maxxis razr mx tires, any good?

So after still looking I have decided to go with a little wider rear tire. I have it narrowed down to the Maxxis M940 18x9x8 or the Itp Quadcross Mx Pro 18x8x8. Anyone using any of these 2 tires? Have rear that the Maxxis if very light but a bit bouncy. Have not heard much of the Itp except that they are harder. Both are supposed to offer good traction. Any input on these?

my son uses the itp tires and they work great.. hook up excellent.
