Sad day in the Motorsports Industry. They just announced that he ended up passing away. Prayers out to his family!

He was one of my fav's in the Indycar series, he sure will be missed

When I saw the crash I knew he wasn't walking away from it. The cockpit area of the car slammed into the fencing and I knew he was dead... no one would have walked away from that wreck.

He leaves behind a wife and 2 kids ..... my prayers go out to those that were close to him. :(

When a friend called me to tell me this happened and why-all I could think about was: This entire idea of racing nascar style with indy cars was NOT and IS NOT a good idea period.
