has this order even been shipped yet? my brother and i were planning on going riding over thanksgiving break, but we needed these parts. we would have appreciated a heads up that some parts weren't in stock, or at least if they were sent in a separate shipment. this is borderline unacceptable...

Hello Mike. In regards to your brothers order I spoke with him several days before thanksgiving as the clutch cable number 22870-HC0-670 he ordered for his year of machine showed back ordered. I asked if he wanted me to send a motion pro one instead and he insisted to wait for the OEM one. I just rechecked the status on the clutch cable again on the Honda Database and it shows that the cable is now Discontinued and superseded to another part number 22870-HN1-000. Typically when a part supersedes, it is automatically replaced with the new part number and for some reason it did not. I did see that we had 5 of the new p# in-stock and I am going to overnight this today so he will have tomorrow. UPS tracking number 1ZX577201340974522. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has had. Any questions give me a call directly 419-891-1230 Ext.36
