Was wondering if all of nacs case savers will work with a 15 tooth sprocket or do they make a special one for a 15 tooth? Also will nacs front hubs fit any year 250r or do they only work for specific years? Are all year 250r hubs the same or different? Any help will be appreciated!

sorry i cant answer your question about the case saver. but i can about the hubs.

86-87 hubs and spindles are the same and only work together.
88-89 hubs and spindles are different from 86-87.
you can not interchange the years.

most after market hubs are built for the 88-89 spindles. so if your looking for 86-87 after market hubs be sure you have the correct stuff.

Nac's case savers are for 13t only. At least all of mine are. 86-87 spindles take the same size bearing for the inside as the outside. 88-89 take a small bearing on the outside and a big bearing on the inside. 86-87 shafts are the same diameter all the way across.

Red is right.88-89 spindles have a taper.86-87 hubs also require a 4 bolt hole brake disc.88-89 uses 3 hole disc.

I must have a special Nac's saver then, but when I bought it they claimed to be the only one to clear a 15t

nope, 88 spindles don't have a taper to them. 89 spindles do. The hubs are the same, difference is the 89 hubs have a tapered collar in it. 88/89 250r and 400ex hubs are nearly the same

Maybe? I bought all my Nac's ones about 8-10 years ago and I had to buy Duncan ones to clear larger fronts.
