View Full Version : I need YOUR help finding a rider for Discovery Channel story

This was from a few years back, so unless you know the family personally, you may or may not remember this young man who had a horrific crash . There was a video floating around on youtube ( thats how I was notified ) and this stuck with alot of us riders for awhile... .

I need to try and get in touch with the Ryan Sowers family ASAP.
Does anyone know if hes still racing ??
Discovery Channel emailed me yesterday and wants to do a story on his recovery and survival ! I still havent figured out how or why they contacted me , but non the less, I told them I would try and reach him to call them .
If you have any contact info ,PLEASE PM info ASAP !

I punched in that email address on face book and it came up as megan burton and ryan sowers is not on her friends list. and she is about 10 years old....

just out of curiosity...how did you start a charity fund for him if you can't get in contact with him?:huh

Ryan used to be a good friend of mine traveled together racing nationals. Ill pm u his number

his mom already contacted me.
Like mentioned... this was back in what... 2005 ?
I have no clue what there personal info is after all that time lol

gotchya... this is the first I've heard about the crash it looked really bad.... so how is he doing now? and perminent damage?

Im curious also. All i know is hes now married and no longer racing...but i thought at one time he did return to racing
