Does anyone have any good training cycles for ATV cross country races? I usually just run and lift a few weights, but I want a scheduled workout cycle.

i try to change things up every week or so..both with reps lifting and running...one day i run 3 miles fast and the next i run 15 miles haha

I was doing T.O.P for a while. It was great. But some of the workouts are very time consuming. I've been doing Crossfit the past week and LOVE it. In and out. The warm up is as tough as some workouts I've done, literally!

If you have an iPhone, get Nike training app. It has a ton of cardio stuff that help out a lot
