Ok everyone i recieved my stock blue plastics from this KID and they were suppose to be like NEW and ill say this they are broke/beat up/holes drilled/broken tabs. I asked clearly before i bought them if they was any broken tabs or breaks and he says NO like new???????????? like new???????? my ***

That def sucks to hear, but we must remember ones like new is not the same as the others.. Did you ever ask for or see pics of said plastics???

both rear fender brackets that the grab bar mount to are broke off and he has drilled 2 holes for a L bracket to mount them. He says thats because of a rath grab bar....I have a rath grab bar and didnt have to do this.....Theres a crack from a crash on the rear fender which wasnt stated in the texts from him. LIKE new is all he would tell me

The plastics had 2 mounting holes on the rear piece for a Rath grab bar. you can see CLEARLY IN THE PICTURE that there were mounting holes. I did NOT say they were like new. I said they had about one season of riding on them. I already apologized to you about the small 1 inch tear on the rear fender. I was focused on my lakers that i'm selling I forgot about that small tear. These were never mounted on my quad, they came with it when I bought it. I will send pictures of every angle of my parts from now on so you know EXACTLY what you are getting. Again i apologize about the tear.

and also my lakers have the same mounting holes on them and i bought the quad with everything already installed. My mistake that i didnt know that the mounting holes didnt come factory. AGAIN SORRY.

ME: They rough or good shape?
Him: Good, stock are basically new, lakers has a exhaust pipe burn on rears and fronts i tipped one time so the front left fender there's a tiny rip.
ME: send pics of those spots

The rest of the convo was over the shipping and if i was going to buy both sets or just the stock set. I can go have these text printed to show you said basically new. You never said 1 season on them until today when i recieved them. Admit it you know that iam not lying

To the seller of these. You just admitted yourself that you FORGOT to mention these issues. It is on you. You sold a item that was not as described as it was.. If I bought something and thought it was going to be nice, then seen it has a tear, holes drilled in it, there would also be a issue.. You should be a man, step up, give this guy some money back or take the plastics back.. It is not HIS FAULT that you were focused on something other then the item that you were selling.. Your screw up not his

i know its on my i admitted i screwed up. and im sorry. i had forgot bc he was asking about both sets of plastics and like i said i was focused on the lakers. and again i apologize and i sincerly thought that the mounting holes were supposed to be there be thats how my other set was when i bought the quad.

Read my last post in the thread on pge 1.. He sold you stuff that was not as described. It is not your fault he didn't mention it.. File a claim on him if it was a pay pal deal, that will tie his chit up on there untill things are correct..
