This is Vintage 2006 36 foot trailor.....very very good shape. Almost like new. Full shower and bath, work space in rear with lots storage and counter space. Couch makes bed, stove, lg refrig. lots of storage in living area. Make offer

$16500 this trailor is in great shape....full bathroom with shower and tub with sink...plenty of room.......full size frig, lots cabinets, couch makes bed, with bed up top, kitchen sink, with stove, microwave, very very nice trailor with large living area.......

That's a good price for this trailor! You forgot to mention that it has two air conditioners and a roll out awning. Good luck on the sale.

what is the approximate size of living quarters and the garage?

18 ft living and 18 ft garage. Both with lots of storage. Trailor like new inside and out.

Couch makes bed. And above 5th wheel u could put 4-5 people sleepin up there.
