450r-400ex frontend swap

Will a 2005 Honda 450r front end fit a 02 Honda 400ex?

there is like an inch or so difference in the width between the bushing mounts both top and bottom mounts

Dont quote me on this, but Im pretty sure no 450 front-end will fit on a 400 because the a-arm mounts on the 450 are further apart than the 400s.

Damm! I have a laegers lt front end with axis shocks that would have worked perfect. Anyone have a front end for xc for sale ?

classifieds and you could probably sell or trade your a arms for someone elses. I would keep the shocks tho. I have always been an axis fan :D

what about 450r swingers? do they fit on 400ex?

yup but you have to use the whole thing iirc swinger axle carrier ect..

a 400 ex will mount 250r arms with a little persuasion not much but they work great so if u run across a set there u go lol jut saying
