Looks Like Laeger's to me...

Is that upper arm on the wrong side and upside-down? Looks like the ball is at the wrong angle...

Wrong side and up side down. Take the uppers off and swap sides. The part of the upper facing forward now should be but on the other side... Does that make sense?

If you swap them correctly your ball joints will be pointing up. Obviously you're going to have to loosen them and spin them 180* so you can put them back in the knuckles.

that makes since but should the grease zerks still be pointing down like they are on the lowers or up?

well they have to point down or they will hit when the arm pivots...so just switch sides?

No, they need to be reversed and flipped. You will need to replace the zerks with set screws after you grease them. I've seen a ton of people notch the frame to clear them, but please don't do this. It's much easier to just install a $.05 set screw.

Yeah... I forgot about the zerks. Get the plugs like scro said and you'll be good to go. If I remember correctly Laeger's actualy sends both zerks and plugs with them originally. Id also be willing to bet you can pick up some plugs at your local hardware or auto parts store.
