so this is my luck

finally recieved my parts from burgard after weeks of waiting and phone calls

put them on to find out theres a short in my wiring somewhere

well i wanted to ride really really bad so i bump started it, let it warm up for a little while and took off

during my first ride ( not even half hour total ) under wot 2-3 she blew up :[

Dag that sucks!!!!! Waiting on the parts from Burgard just made it worse, cause of all that waiting time.

Bummer man, when i rebuilt my motor I had the base gasket go out 3 seconds after I started it up totally sucks.

Guess it's back to square 1 for ya.

the moral of the story is never order parts from burguard :p . on another not that does suck how bad is is? just a ring job or is it time for a bore and new piston.

after further inspection, valve went through the piston

you got some nice carnage there!

good luck with the rebuild, id take the bottom apart now too.

I've seen a few pistons out of a V8 look like that. But I don't think I've ever seen an ATV piston look like that. Best of luck that nothing else is ruined.
