popping fuses

when the key is off it wont blow when you put a fuse in

when the key is on and you try and put a fuse in it will blow

when you turn the key on, the fuse wont blow... then when you turn the key off it blows


whats the problem?

Have a short somewhere. All you can do is inspect everything.

Check your grounds and for a short.
