Ricky Stator Lights

I just ordered a set of Baja 2 lights from Ricky Stator.

Is anyone running this setup?

Also the kit comes with 2 Maxtell 9in headlights, does anyone know where I could find a set of headlight covers for a 9in headlight? All of the ones I have found are for 6 in lights

I am having really high hopes for this setup, as I do a great deal of night riding.

Just got finished installing my lights, and doing other random maintenance on my machine. All I can say about the lights is WOW! At first they look almost too big for the machine. After installation they look sweet. After taking them for a ride to dial in the positioning, I cannot say enough how they perform. Not only do they look sweet on my ultimate woods setup ex, but you can pick the machine up by the light bar. I would recommend the Baja 2 lights to anyone with broken stock lights, or those folks who love to ride at night

are you running the stock ignition?

Running stock ignition and stator. The bulbs are only 35w each and have absolutely NO draw on the battery even at idle.

Might be very differerent on your R though with the lack of battery. I was thinking of running larger wattage, but this is pretty much he max without having the stator rewound and is plenty.

Pics would be good. It's so easy to over run the headlight on these things.

Here are some pics I took today. I am thinking of going with a set of white Hella vinyl covers instead of the plastic grates they came with. Let me know what ya think

it makes ur 400 look tiny bc i am use to seeing the little lights not lights the size of street lights...

DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those things are hella BIG! LOL.... It must get REALLY dark where your at!
