lt-z 50 wont start/turn over n keep on

Any common problems with this?
I used pull string wont start checked electrical connections for kill switches front and back, spark plug is black bought new one not installed yet...
fuel is flowing out carb bulb on bottom...?
any one have ideas or issues like this?

How long did it set? with the ethanol we have now no more than 2 to 3 weeks and the jets will clog up.

If fuel is coming out of the carb, its a indication the float in the carb is stuck. Take a screw driver and tap the side of the carb to see if it stops leaking and the float comes loose. If not, your gonna need to take the carb apart and clean it.
