How do you remove warning lables?

How do you remove rivits on the warning labels? Drill it out then push from back? If i do that will i need to buy new ones?
I want to install the label covers from hardlooks.com...?

Drill out the rivets.

drill them out, then buy bigger rivets, and a rivet gun and put the cover on and use the bigger rivets to hold them on. I personally just cut diamond plate, drilled it and riveted it on. It looked pretty cool!
