The plunger maybe frozen up in the carb itself.
It unthreads, I would take it apart and look in there.
Good luck, You can buy replacement parts for the plunger assembly if needed.

^^ Agreed ^^ Most of the time, it just needs to be removed and lubed up. :D

Do you have a cable, going in to your carb, that looks like this?

Don`t yank it...Do you see where it has a hex head and unthreads?
when you get that part off, maybe try spraying some penatrant spray in there and letting soak. Before you try pullin the plunger assembly out.

I just reread your post...if you have the plastic hex piece out, now is the time to hit the plunger w the spray.....take you time let it soak in.

Good luck, you`ll get it.

ya but will the penitraitin spray hurt the carb or make it into the gas and go in the engin?

The little that your going to be useing wont.
You`ll prob want to spray the carb out with carb cleaner went done.
Especially in the plunger area, to remove any dirt/corrosion.
