Raptor 125 Big intake valve install

Hey Raptor fans,

Thought I'd show a project I've been working on. Raptor 125 head with either 1MM or 2MM bigger intake valve. One in photo is actaully 1.5MM.

I hope to testing it out next XC race.

Very nice. Can you get bigger exhaust valves too? Still wondering if I should go with a +1 valve on my build. Did you get the engine pieces I sent for work? I didn't put any paper IDing my stuff at all, hope you figured out who it belonged to and remember what work we talked about.

Seems to me that if you went too big on intake without going bigger on exhaust you wouldn't get real gains beyond the limited exhaust valve size.

I did get your parts today, i will be calling you tomorrow and you are correct that you can go too big on the intake. Cam profile, port size, valve size, exhaust and carb must all match. If one doesn't work with the other your combination will not be efficient.

I looking to run it in the next couple of weeks. Working on camshaft right now.
