I'm 6'4" 250... The CRF250 would be fun but it will get old fast.. I guess it all depends on your skill level but if it were me, I would skip the 250 and hop on the 450.

^^ Agreed ^^ We have a CRF250R in the garage. It's a perfect ride for my 150lb son. You will need the CRF450R. :macho

Thank you for your input. I rode a Yz250f this weekend but its only my 3-4 time on a bike and the first time on a track. The 250 seemed like it had enough power just curious as if it would get to the point where it would run out of power, since i only got it to low third.

Im 6'4 235 and trust me the 450 will be what you want once you get used to it you will be wanting more power even from the 450
