ETon 50M carb issues

Eton Viper 50M will only start with hand almost completely covering carb. If I hook the airbox up to soon it will die. If it warms up I can hook up the airbox and it will run all day. I can restart it with one kick. It if sits for an hour or so I cannot start it unless I remove the airbox tube and manual choke it with hand. I have took the carb completely apart and cleaned all jets. Any ideas?

What is the normal compression psi for the Viper 50? Also, when I check the compression do I turn it over once or keep turning it until the needle stops rising? Thanks.

kick it over around 15 times or until the needle stops.Our stock 50 e-ton was around 125 new.
