i am going to do a 416 with a Ross piston, powroll con-rod, cam, rockers, springs. and a big gun race exhaust with k&n. i am adding the con rod now so i can stroke it later? this will work right"? anyway, what kind of horse power and top speed am i looking at? raptor eater? and any more suggestions appreciated!:cool:

the mods listed will give you a sweet lil edge over any unsuspecting raptor;)

the top speed will remain the same as stock...its gearing that will allow you to have a higher top speed. but with the 416 and a good cam...it will get to top speed WAY faster:)

stroking the motor will require a major rebuild....are you doing this or just a standard 416 overbore with a cam?

It will give you a nice boost. It wasn't enough for me I'm bumping up to 426. If you want top end get a differant exhaust.

what could i expect with a 416 bore and a good drop in cam for xc racing:confused:

i am doing the 416 and in like a year or two will be getting powroll to stroke it. i dont wanna do a drop in cam, i want something more radical.
