Ramp Help

Hey there, I need a project for welding class and i figured i could make a qaud ramp(was going to build a gocart). Does anyone have plans or and tips? I want to build an medium sized ramp, nothing to big. Also what do you guys used to keep ur ramp from moving when u jump it?

my advice is to just take your time and plan everything out. if you design it long enough you won't have to worry about it moviing when you hit it. my ramp is 12 feet long, 6 feet tall, and 5 feet wide.
