I use rotella t on both sides and any antifreeze for use in aluminum motors will work.

There's a million and one answers for oil. Everyone uses something different and a reason why... Basically you can use what ever you want on the crank side. Just make sure what ever you put in the tranny doesn't have any friction modifiers (i.e. molly).

Belray 10w40 synthetic for the engine oil and Belray 80W for the transmission. I run GTThunder antifreeze and haven't had any problems running a 2hr harescramble either, it's good stuff!

^^ Agreed ^^ Rottella works well. The price is right, for changing frequently. :macho

Just go to the Honda dealer and get a quart of HP4 10w-40 without moly.

Doing good Fred! Hows the sunshine state treatin' ya?

Rottella is about the same price per gallon as the HP4 is per quart at the dealer... Just some food for thought.
