I was reading an old issue of dirtwheels, and saw an amplink add. I also looked through rockymountain atv, and they sell it for like $139.00 i think. I guess it takes out the slack in our chain, but is the difference really noticable or no? they say its the best bold on product ever? any one have this that can give me some help will be greatly appreciated.

i to have seen those ads, and ive always wondered, they claim it to be the best way to get the power to the ground or something like that, but its just a chain tensioner right? they never show very good pics of it so that was my guess?

We have one on a banshee and it works ok. Just a history lesson for all of you the amp link was designed by the same guy that started the ATK dirt bike. ATK stands for Amp Technology something or other. Can say if they are worth the money or not but honda payed the guy to make alot of one off race bikes for them to test.:)
