how tight should i run my chain? im startng to notice the chain rubbing where my shift lever is.
is my chain to loose or what? i put new chain roller on i think it helped a little but not sure, should i replace all the chain guards?
also what is the best way to elimante all the lights and unecsary wiring i dont need??

1 1/4" of up and down slack in the middle between the front and rear sprockets when the quad is resting on the ground with all 4 tires.
You can just pull the lights and disconnect them. If you truly want to remove as much wiring as possible, you can send the wiring harness to a few members on the site. You will need to decide if you want to remove the stock switch setup on the bars, etc.
DnB_racing is the resident expert on wiring IMO.

^^ x2 ^^ helped me out with some wiring issues before.
I usually go with 1 1/2 inches of up and down slack. Either way though if you have more than that its getting close to too loose.
