flat tracker

i was thinking of putting 300ex front shocks on my 400 for a few flat track races. will this work? i will use the stock front tires but use 18" rears. this will only be for a few races so i don't want to invest alot of money into it, anyother suggestions will be great.

u r braver than me if ur puttin stock tires on front for flat track. cant really tell ya much about the shocks tho.. got lowering kit forsale if ya need one
