oK, MY POWERCORE 4 slip on moves around, and kinda slips away from the header. What i was thinking bout doin was, like where the clamp thing that holds the pipe to the frame. Wrap it with like a thin layer of rubber?Cause the clamp isnt the tightest around the pipe. And the other hole to the frame doesnt line up correctly so i cant bolt that down either. Anybody got any ideas on what i could do?

Do you have the aluminum sleeve that fits over the header? Put a thick layer of high temp silicone over the end of the header, slide on the aluminum sleeve and let it dry for a couple minutes. Slide the silencer over that sleeve and tighten with the allen head band clamp they give you. As for the holes no lining up, set everything in place loosely before snugging any bolts down. When you are ready to tighten everything up Start with the band clamp and work backwards. Mine lined up perfect.

Exhaust clamp for a car will work better than anything.
