drr 90 steering bushing

does any one make a aftermarket steering bushing for stock shaft?my sons has cracked and wont stay in place and the bike might have 10 hours on it.

Are you talking about the red plastic insert? If so, your probably going to have to get another one from a dealer. I've never heard of this happening. You may be able to flip it over so the lip is on top assumming one of them is broken off.

I got tired of them red ones wearing out so I made one from a better plastic, made it tighter tolerances and beefier, worked awesome all season long.

thanks for the replies.i still cant believe how it could wear out when the quad spends more time sitting in the basement then him riding it.i know for a fact its only made 6 laps around a mx track(trust me i had to force him to make it 6 times).then around the house some.if i new how to post some pics its cleanliness would show its like new because ive only washed it once since i bought it new.i know welcome to the drr world right.
