trip to silver lake

I'm planning a trip up to the dunes for the middle of next month. Not sure of an exact date but would like to see a lot of 250Rs up there. Anybody going soon?

Ever been to Lil Sahara? Over on 250r.net we are planning a trip there Oct 6-9 should be a few r's going.

I don't think you'll see many 250r's up at silver next month, or much of anything to be honest... I'm going this weekend, but it might be the last time this year unfortunately.

If it's nice maybe I'll shoot up for the day. What weekend are you planning on?

Never been to little Sahara I think that's a little far for a weekend trip. Kansas right?

Silverlake why don't you think many people will be going much soon? I was thinking like Oct 14-16.

Well, it closes October 31, and it's pretty much dead up there after Labor Day, except for the hillclimb weekend, which is the weekend after Labor Day.

Like I said, maybe I'll shoot up for the day depending on the weather. Let me know if you end up going.

Ok, I'm not big on all the traffic anyway. More room for me:) if I come it will be me on my R and two others with 250Rs. Hopefully I can find a couple more.

where is silver lake? excuse my ignorance! hartwill, where you live in ohio? i am 30 minutes east of youngstown.

im about 30 minutes west of cleveland.
silver lake is up in Michigan. its about 4.5 hours from me.
your not too far from wellsville. i go there pretty often.

not sure where wellsville is either? do not get over that way too often, especially when it comes to riding, sad, i know!!
