Yamaha warrior 350

Hi there guys im new to the forum and i got a question about my 4 wheeler. I believe its a 2001 yamaha warrior 350 with reverse. Ok i need to know what this part is called and where can i get one and if anyone knows what the price of this part is please let me know. Ok the part im talking about is the foot lever where you shift it goes from there to the motor its a small part it has 2 threaded ends where it screws in and out its about maybe 2-3inches it has 2 small rubber ends on each end if anyone knows what this little parts is called and know where to get one please let me know cause i need one cause i cant shift without this part please let me know thanks guys!

goto www.servicehonda.com (yes for the Yamaha too) and look at the online OEM parts finder. There are diagrams for each component of your quad so you should be able to find the part you need along with the part number and the price.

sounds like your talking about a shifter linkage.....it goes from the shifter to shift shaft on the motor?

yeah he's talking about shift linkage go through service honda. shouldnt be more the 50 bux

the shifter, ah i got a better solution for ya. go on ebay or dennis kirk and order a shifter for a yz250 and itll bolt right to the motor and get rid of the pos linkage

I agree. I did the same to my 2001 Raptor back in the day.

Ok for just the shifter what do i look for? do i just look up yz250 what years will fit? i never done this so i dont know

any yz250 or yz426 and it replaces the whole crappy shifter setup
