i just bought parts from him they were just as he said they were and he shipped them right away i had no issues

I've actually bought parts from him at his house when I was living in Florida last year.

That's to bad you're having an issue, I thought he was a nice guy and did me straight.

I did a pretty big dollar transaction with him for a set of 4 hyper wheels and it went perfect,I would deal with him in a heartbeat again no problems at all....

He is a good friend and a rider of mine. We do business all the time. Great guy, and I trust him. If there was some misunderstanding why don't you try and work it out with him rather than running his name through the dirt.

Im a active and loyal member here. Bought and sold plenty of stuff and have never been treated this way. Its plain bs. period

I'm not involved in this at all, but you might be able to find him over on trx450r.org.. I noticed he had some stuff in the classified section..

Did you guys pay with paypal? just file a claim on him. You should get all your money back. If you didnt pay with paypal..well your screwed lol. I sent a money order once on here for a LSR axle..never got it. Lesson learned.

Yea I used paypal. I've never filed a claim. How do you go about doing that?

go to paypal.com and file a claim through the resolution center. you only have 45 days from the transaction to do so. if after 45 days you might try to call the card holder or bank you used through paypal.
