haha yeah i removed all nuts on the front. Ill try using force.

put the wheel and hub in a 20 lb press. IT WILL COME OUT!!!

yeah im sure it would! but the brake caliper is in the way to take off the hub and wont come out. any way to split it in half? javascript:smilie(':confused:')

take the nut off of the hub and it'll come off you don't need to remove the caliper......put a 2X4 against the front or back of the rim/tire and hammer on it!

I must be confused with your situation and model. Can't you remove the cotter pin and axle hub nut and have the wheel and hub come off the axle as a unit?

its a 250x and the hub is a bit smaller? than 300ex and it has a 300ex rim. i will just go and work on forcing it out aha. but the brake seems to hit the cover or something and the hub will not completely move. ill try something

I do believe the rotor is a part of the hub unit and is not accessible with the wheel on and won't be able to come Off without taking the caliper off.

If it went on, it will come off. Rubber mallet. leave the hub on.

its okay i took the hub off and banged out .
the rim. new front end coming anyway.
