new cable(oem or motiopro) and RTC lever. Good luck finding one, they have been out of business several years now. Asv levers have a easy pull also. An easy pull might also mean worn clutch pack and/or springs, thats if its really really easy w/ new cable and perch.

Thanks. The problem is that its to pull. Not too hard. All new clutches and springs

I think there's an old racer secret or trick to shorten the pull of the clutch. On my 250 this modification was done cause all i have to do is pull the lever with 1 finger half way and the clutch is fully disengaged. Maybe someone will post some info on this...

Thanks. I wish someone would post something on it. I rode today and its pretty tough. What about a hydraulic clutch

Msr pro raptor is also a good clutch lever check ebay it usually around $50 bucks.
Or if you can find a old rtc lever that's a good lever too

I prefer all new OEM parts myself. Almost every "easy pull" clutch perch I've seen is useless.

PEP makes a clutch lever, basically a stock CR lever, with a new hole drilled to change the pull leverage. I think they are like $30

Thanks for the info. What is the easiest way to get in touch with pep?

Flatten out the actuator arm & mismatch spring tensions. you will have to shave some off of your cylinder for the arm to clear.
