You mention the TT parts - Did you have it set up for tt at some point? Short swingarm, shocks, etc.

I did a few tt races with it a few years ago. I used stock swing arm, lowered shocks, hoosiers, and used the sway bar. It was a good setup did well. The motor is a strong, it will pull any gearing. The motor was dynoed at 50 horsepower.
