Shift Pin Modification Bracket

I got a Shift Pin Modification Bracket when i got my bike and i here you guys talk about them and i have know ideal what it is or what it does any help on what it is and how to install it

I have one but never installed it. They are made to relocate the shifter because ltrs are known to snap the shifter rod inside the motor if you accidently land on the shifter while jumping or step on it while riding. I have a 07 stock bottom end with just a hotrods crank and havent had a trans nor shift bracket go bad. To each his own though.

yea thanks man I appreciate it alot I'm just wondering if it's worth it in the long run to put it in and if it's hard to install
