LT-80 Bog

I am getting a serious bog when under a load on a prevoiulsy good running LT 80. (Mods include FMF Pipe and Silencer, Boyensen Reeds,UNI foam filter,Hi'Flow Mechanical Petcock, 428 Chain kit)

Carb and reeds are good. Plug looked almost perfect Clean Filter

When I lift the quad in the air and rev it- there is no bog.


Any suggestions?

Do a compression test to eliminate that aspect.
Spark plug cap blowing off?

115 psi on compression.

New Spark plug cap.

It is def a bog not a miss.
