Weird smell... mechanics?

My maxima recently hit 97,000 miles and I know thats prime time to replace the belts.. I have noticed some squeaking when turning on the ac and just revving the engine in general but it usually goes away once warmed up.

Today I pulled in my garage and all I smell is this weird burning rubber smell.. I opened the hood and it doesn't seem to be coming from there? I couldn't pinpoint exactly where its coming from but im assuming its the timing and water pump belt.. Any help?

Something is seizing up, a/c compressor, alternator, waterpump, etc. Belt could just be bad tho, try replacing that first and when its off check all pulleys, idlers and tensioners for play and movment
